## Project Overview

An exposure therapy app for first responders suffering from PTSD, running on an AR headset.

The main components are:

- AR headsets (Hololens v2 or Apple Vision Pro)
- A laptop running the administrator software, operated by a physician. One laptop can control multiple headsets and can run on the local network or over the internet
- Secure backend server that facilitates the communication between headsets and operators.

This project is funded by the NIH and is still in active development. A pilot has been running for over a year, with real patients, in a university hospital in Detroit.
